Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
  • Request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

2. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include all accessories and invoice

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged (by customer) products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or special offer items (if mentioned)

4. Refund Process

  • After inspection, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Customer will pay the return processing fee ( i.g. parcel return delivery fee)
  • Refund method:
    • bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer (for prepaid orders)
    • Adjustment for future orders (if agreed)

5. Replacement Option

Instead of refund, you can request a replacement (subject to stock availability)
