1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- Request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
2. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Must include all accessories and invoice
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged (by customer) products
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or special offer items (if mentioned)
4. Refund Process
- After inspection, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Customer will pay the return processing fee ( i.g. parcel return delivery fee)
- Refund method:
- bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer (for prepaid orders)
- Adjustment for future orders (if agreed)
5. Replacement Option
Instead of refund, you can request a replacement (subject to stock availability)
